reflection task 2a

                                               SLEEP PATTERN



Sleep is an inevitable necessity in our life like eating,drinking,resting...Have you ever thought that how many hours should we sleep for a regular and healthy life? I want to mention sleeping and some problems we have difficulty in dealing within our lives. I think, sleeping problem is a common one around all of the people. We can see a person who wants to sleep more and more, especially in the mornings. We can give the students as an example to this problem.We come across with the students at any range. We can see one sleeping in a primary school or an elder one in a university. Their problem stems from their desire to have fun instesd of a regular sleep pattern. If we ask them the reason of this desire , it is possible for us to take an answer like this : "We are supposed to sleep less , but study more". Now , we think that there must be an order to decrease this problem.

Actually, the ideal hour for sleeping is from 6 to 8 according to researchers. This can be so little for the people who have sleeping problems,but  they must go to bed as early as possible so as to get accustomed to this progress.Furthermore,getting rid of the trivial things around you can be another good solution for your sleeping. Because all of us have the same devices that prevent us from sleeping early. Then, the most important thing that we should do about this problem is determining to solve the problem and arranging our sleeping time well,first of all. Afterwards, we will be able to see the difference between our old hurtful life and the regular life.
